Tauranga Harbour City Lions Annual Charity Book Sale

Book lovers and puzzle enthusiasts can browse an enormous selection of pre-loved treasures at the Tauranga Harbour City Lions’ annual charity book sale, held this year at Tauranga Racecourse. With more than 1,000 jigsaw puzzles and over 1,000 banana boxes of books, there’s plenty to explore. Books are arranged across two rooms, with fiction and non-fiction categories to browse, while a separate, conveniently located room houses the jigsaw puzzles. Families can hunt for affordable children’s books, and collectors can head straight to the ever-popular collectables table in search of something special. Bring your own shopping bags and take advantage of the ample free accessible parking nearby. EFTPOS is available, making it easy to stock up on your next great read or find a new puzzle to tackle. Best of all, every purchase supports a good cause, with all profits from this year’s sale going towards the proposed new Cancer Lodge.
