Lilliput Library #393

Outside FreshChoice on Scotland Street in Roxburgh, Lilliput Library #393 has quickly become a much-loved local addition. Part of Lilliput Libraries’ 10th-birthday giveaway to small communities, the library is cared for by Guardian Meredith, who also painted its wonderfully vibrant artwork. The response from locals has been enthusiastic, with people keen to donate books and keep the shelves stocked - so much so that almost all of the original books had already been replaced with new ones soon after it opened.
